Description

This dwelling appears to have been vacant for some time. Currently, the attic area vents on the exterior south facing side of the structure have been moderately damaged. Said damage will permit rain and or snow as well as birds and other animals to enter the structure. The house is becomming an eye sore within the neighborhood.
