This issue will be brought to the attention of the Director for inspection.

John Tomasz inspected this issue. Result are the clogged catch basin and the drain line and discharge area are frozen solid with debris. We are able to clear the line and remove the debris but not until spring, unfortunately.

DPS will clear the debris after the winter season.
