Normandy Shopping Center - Ellicott CityThere has been persistent noise from dirtbikes for over an hour somewhere in the area of Rte 40, Patapsco State Park, Normandy Shopping Center area. I can't be the onlybperson who has developed a splitting headache from the noise pollution. Don't we have noise laws here in HoCo?! This cannot become a pattern.

Dimond Park - OakmoreThis afternoon, two people (one male, one female) both white and approx 70 years old approaching toddlers and nannies in the Dimond park toddler playground and trying to grab/hold babies without consent, even after being repeatedly told "No, he doesn't want to play." One tried to grab a child off a slide and then out of a nanny's arms and then kept following her, before pointing at and approaching other children.
Luckily there were several vigilant nannies present who grouped together to keep the kids and each other safe from these people.
Please be vigilant, keep an eye on your children and let your childcare providers know. Even people who may look friendly and harmless might grab a child whose caregiver is distracted. Terrible to have such a nice neighborhood park disturbed by scary people
