    No lighting in Spaine Park. They installed all new lighting in the park but it has never worked. Also I was cutting through park to go home on Pope Street and flashes and a voice went off telling me picture was taken and I was to leave park or be prosecuted. There should be a sign warning of this as it scared the crap out of me. There might have been a sign but with no light I could not see it. Did not know you can't walk through park at night to go home.

    This is the main entrance to 12 pope street it is a steep hill and curvy the side walk has not been shoveled since the blizzard so you have to walk up hill with blind curves with two way traffic very dangerous put in request to have it done but so far nothing

Have to walk in the street and as you know Essex/107 is very busy and is dangerous to walk or stand in. People are standing in Essex/107 waiting for bus and in the entrance to the strip mall
