Trash is a mess on property. Isn't always put out on trash pick up day. Debris piled up on side of building.

Trash on ground, empty bottles, uncovered barrels in front of property.

Trash on ground near garage. Several rodents in neighboring yards.

Large exercise machine was left in front of this property. The owner has no idea where it came from.

Stagnant neglected pool water. Tarp is sinking into the pool covered with rain water. Mosquito breeding issue.

Tall Grass and weeds up to top of fence. Front and back of property. Rodents have been seen on the property.

Walk way between 163 & 169 Squire Road and behind the property. Multiple bags of trash on ground, bags of soiled linens, improperly stored grease containers.

Cockroaches throughout the building as well as in Apt #001

Wood planks on side walk that did not get picked up with trash. Misc furniture items and trash on sidewalk as well.

Property is covered with trash, side of building. Leaking drain pipe in alleyway smells very badly like raw sewerage.

Down spout drain pipes are facing neighbors property rather than the street and drains into neighbor's yard and garage.

Severe rat problem. Has found burrows on property as well as neighbor's property across the street.

Tall grass and weeds at least 3 feet high.
