There is a side walk that coonects the ends of randall circle and buckland way. Is this the responsibility of residents? Lots of people walking dogs and never gets shoveled or plowed.

Leaves Acknowledged15 Lang Rd Windsor, Connecticut, 06095 - WindsorThe property of 15 Lang has left leaves curbside for several months. After the snow event leaves are on roadway, sideway and obstructing water flow to catch basin. It is hazardous to walk on the side way and to try to cross the crosswalk due to the amount of leaves left by 15 Lang. It is the only side of the road that allows safe walking to NWP and for the school children to the Hitchpost bus stop.
