This light and the next one down are ridiculous 4-6pm causing traffic to back up regularly down canal street to the o’keefe center and loring Avenue to Lafayette. Something needs to be done with the timing of these lights as every day coming from Beverly to my house in the pickman park neighbor I spend 15-20 minutes waiting in traffic on canal street watching the lights at loring and canal change 6-10 times with no one able to go through due to the 2 lights on loring at pickman and Harrison.

Mass Highway has been notified, The vehicle sensor in the roadway is malfunctioning. They will replace it. City Electrician John Giardi.
