An inspection took place on 4/13/17. Exterior sanitary violations not found. Illegal rooming house issue referred to interior health department.

Interior sanitary inspection took place on 4/25/17. Order to Correct issued. Issue remains active with ISD.

Thank you once again for bringing this issue to our attention. An exterior sanitary inspection took place on 6/8/17. No exterior sanitary violations found at time of inspection. Reported rooming house issue is currently being addressed by interior health department. This report will be closed. However, reported issue will remain active internally until the matter is resolved.
