Per the City's technician, the traffic lights belong to GDOT and the street light poles belong to GA Power. Maintenance planning and coordinating must go through their offices. You may report these issues directly to GDOT at 770-387-3600 and to GA Power at 888-660-5890.

So I can assume my city officials will not own an issue that is in the city, but technically a GDOT/ GA Power Management issue. These lights are clearly in the city and I would think my officials would work with appropriate state officials to address the issue. I'm surprised at how the buck has been passed on this (or should I say ignored). This benefits the entire city which should be a priority of all city leaders.
