  • 10 Warren Ln Windsor, CT, 06095, USA - Windsor
The Property has 8 abandoned cars in this grass lot. 6 of these cars are on the corner and impede the vision when trying to turn on East Barber St from Warren Lane safely. There has been a pickup truck with old furniture in it for over 2 years. There is also an abandoned go kart looking thing half covered in a tarp. There are wild animals living under all of the junk/cars. It's a safety issue, a public health hazard, and an eye sore that brings down home values in the neighborhood as a whole.

This yard looks like the neighborhood dump. Abandoned cars all over and trash all up in it. Anybody gonna do something about this?

Our neighbor has been working on this car for months and months. He frequently revs the engine very loudly or is blasting his music both of which sounds often cause our house to vibrate. We have repeatedly asked him to stop but he only stops in the moment and the next day it continues. It occurs at any hour of the day and sometimes night. The smell of the vehicle can also be bothersome. Previously, he worked on a car for 7 months in the same way. That vehicle is since gone but now he has this one.

Per my last post I wanted to add another photo showing the water buildup as well as the asphalt littered into the mud pit

Not really sure who to reach out about this.

Recently work was done on the plaza next-door to my house, during the process they drove all over the lawn that is adjacent to my property causing the corner of the lot to become a mud pit as well as broke some of the curb that is now chunks in the road. I’ve cleared most of the debris to the side so people don’t drive over it.
Wondering if they plan on leaving it a barren mud pit or if they are going to finish it and lay down grass seed for the following season? It seems as though majority of the asphalt that they dug up is now mixed into the dirt alongside my fence. Which was also a concern as they dug up to and under the fence line t I have noticed over the years that nobody takes care of that corner of the property for the plaza, whether it be trascleanck up or mowing needing to be done, nd have taken on the responsibility myself. Given this ,the amount of asphalt in the soil is concerning. I would've expected it to have been cleaned up, not mixed into the mud pile they left If they plan on doing something further I can understand but if it was just left like this all said and done I'd like to have someone take a look at it

    Thank you!!
